Welcome to the Miller Intermediate Choir website!
The Mission of the Miller Honor Choir is to start from the 5th grade level, (which is the Beginning Choir), to develop their voices and continue their training to move up to the 6th grade level the following year, (which is the Advanced Choir). Both 5th & 6th grade Honor Choir members perform together in all of our performance venues, on and off campus.
General Music, Orff Ensemble and Handbells are also a part of the Choir program. Our performance groups are Honor Choir, Orff Ensemble and Maverick Ringers (Handbells). Students who have signed up for Choir, and want to perform in our concerts and after school performances in one or more of these performance groups, must sign on with me during the first three weeks of school.
I am truly excited and look forward to working with all Choir students next school year, to make it a year of performing quality repertoire, and enjoying musical experiences that (I believe) will turn into lifelong friendships for them in years to come.
