First I would just like to say thanks to all of you for your continued support of the Choir. As I mentioned earlier in texts and on our website, the Orff Ensemble will be performing at the Texas Gulf Coast Orff Association's 19th Annual Orff Music Festival, on Saturday May 7, 2016.

This year's festival will include the opportunity to purchase a printed program, t-shirts, and 8x10 group photos of performing groups. I have included a detailed parent letter and Order Form for you to complete and have returned to e with payment for your child(ren) on Tuesday April 5, 2016.

Dear Parents:
Your child, ____________________________________ has been selected to perform in the 19th Orff Festival. The festival will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Briargrove Elementary School at 6145 San Felipe, Houston, TX 77057. Tel. 713.917.3600
In an effort to make this festival a memorable one, the following items will be made available for purchase.
Festival T-shirts. Festival t-shirts will include names of students, schools, and directors. Shirts must be preordered prior to Saturday, April 2, 2016. The cost is $10 per t-shirt (XXL-$15.00).
Youth Sizes: Small (6/8), Medium (10/12), Large (14/16)
Adult Sizes: Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL
Programs. The programs will include photos of the performing groups, names of students, directors and schools. The program will cost $3.00 at the festival. Cash is preferred.
8x10 Photos. Group photos will be taken of the performing ensembles on the day of the festival. 8x10 group photos will cost $10 which will be payable on the day of the festival. Cash is preferred. Please make sure you have a media release form on file (for each student) at your school before a group photo of your students.
